Gift Registry

We offer both hand-embroidery and machine embroidery, depending on the item! Most of our creations are hand-made with love by our small (but mighty) team in Montreal, Canada. Due to the handmade nature, no two garments are identical and each is truly one of a kind! For items that tend to be put through more "heavy use" such as backpacks, lunch bags, duffel bags and some pouches, we machine-embroider for ultimate durability!

For hand-embroidered items, turnaround Times for orders are typically 2-3 Weeks (+shipping) and can fluctuate depending on the season! Machine embroidery is quicker and can usually be completed in less than one week. If an order is needed faster, we do offer a RUSH service HERE.

Very carefully and as infrequently as possible! Whenever possible, best to wear custom garments with an undershirt to avoid washing after every wear. Ideal to handwash garments, with extra gentle care to the embroidery itself. Always HANG to dry. If washing in a machine, recommended to wash inside out on the cool gentle cycle. NO DRYER!

Due to the customized nature of all Les Knitwits products, returns and exchanges are not possible. If ever you are not completely satisfied, don't be shy to reach out.
